* Those whose register as PhD student must send a letter from their department head and a copy of their
student card as proof of your status before the start of the conference.
For
all the participant, the Conference fee includes:

The registration desk will be open during the welcome drink on Sep. 1st.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellation made before June 30th, 2024 will receive a full refund.
Cancellation made between July 1st and July 31th, 2024 will receive a refund equivalent
to the registration fee subtracted by 120 €.
No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.
